We begin with a conversation to understand your needs:
● What materials are you planning to process?
● What are your requirements regarding power, working area, automation?
● Do you need assistance with transport, installation, or training?
● Or perhaps you're looking for a solution to a problem with your current machine and want to ensure it doesn’t happen again?
2. Selection of the appropriate Mazak laser
Based on the information gathered, we present one or several proven machines:
● The selected machine undergoes a detailed technical inspection and an analysis of its usage history. A technical report is provided (32-point inspection), along with warranty conditions (6–24 months) and additional services such as service packages.
● We provide technical documentation, photos, and a video of the machine in operation (if available).
● We thoroughly verify the machine’s legal status.
3. Preparation of the offer and purchase terms
We prepare a personalised offer:
● Clear pricing.
● Transparent purchase terms.
4. Reservation and agreement
Upon acceptance of the terms:
● We sign a reservation agreement for the agreed period.
● We work together on the terms of the purchase agreement.
5. Post-purchase support
